Flat-Rate Pricing
Best for a confirmed pickup and destination such as YVR, a hotel, Canada Place, a ferry terminal, Whistler, or Seattle.
Upfront Pricing Guide
Compare sample flat-rate and hourly prices for airport transfers, cruise terminals, Whistler, Seattle, ferry connections, corporate travel, and private chauffeur service. Your exact total is confirmed before booking.
How Pricing Works
Direct transfers and flexible chauffeur bookings are priced differently. The right structure depends on whether you need one straightforward journey or a vehicle that remains available.
Best for a confirmed pickup and destination such as YVR, a hotel, Canada Place, a ferry terminal, Whistler, or Seattle.
Best for multiple stops, waiting time, meetings, events, sightseeing, roadshows, and trips where plans may change.
Recommended for complex routes, large groups, multiple vehicles, unusual luggage, event schedules, or custom service requirements.
Popular Direct Trips
These are sample one-way starting prices in Canadian dollars. Drive times are approximate and can change with traffic, weather, border waits, ferry schedules, and major events.
Sample rates are not final quotes. Pickup address, date, time, vehicle, passenger and luggage requirements, stops, wait time, airport or parking charges, taxes, gratuity, and selected extras may affect the total.
Chauffeur Availability
Hourly service keeps the vehicle and chauffeur available for the confirmed booking period. Most vehicles require a two-hour minimum.
| Vehicle | 2 Hours | 4 Hours | 5 Hours | 8 Hours |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | $220 | $420 | $500 | $800 |
| Luxury SUV, Up to 6 Passengers | $230 | $430 | $530 | $840 |
| Mercedes Sprinter, Up to 14 Passengers | $300 | $500 | $625 | $960 |
| Stretch Limousine, Up to 8 Passengers | $300 | $540 | $675 | $1,000 |
| Stretch SUV Limousine, Up to 10 Passengers | $350 | $660 | $800 | $1,200 |
Additional time is generally billed in 15-minute increments after the minimum. Stretch limousine bookings require four hours on Fridays and Saturdays from May through September between 12:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. The minimum may be divided between two trips for an additional $50.
Flat Rate or Hourly
Start with the structure that best matches how the vehicle will be used. Your final quote confirms the method, minimum, vehicle, and itinerary.
Use a flat rate when the trip has a defined pickup and destination with no need for the chauffeur to remain available.
Use hourly pricing when the schedule includes standby time, multiple stops, or flexibility during the reservation.
Transparent Quote Details
Review the complete quote before booking. It should identify the selected service, vehicle, trip plan, and any applicable charges or requested options.
The booking summary confirms what is being reserved and how the trip will operate.
Applicable amounts are shown before confirmation rather than added as an unexplained metered total.
