These terms apply to quote requests and transportation reservations made with Black Car Services.

Quotes and reservations

Website prices are sample starting rates unless clearly identified as confirmed totals. A reservation is confirmed only after the itinerary, vehicle, price, payment requirements, and applicable policies are accepted.

Trip details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, travel times, passenger counts, luggage requirements, flight details, stops, and special requests. Changes may affect vehicle suitability, availability, and price.

Waiting, cancellations, and changes

Waiting-time allowances, minimum booking periods, cancellation deadlines, deposits, and change fees vary by vehicle and itinerary. The conditions supplied with the confirmed quote apply to the reservation.

Service conditions

Travel times can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, border processing, ferry schedules, flight changes, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Safety and legal requirements take priority during every trip.
